I CN Junior Conseil attaches great importance to the confidentiality and protection of personal data.

In this context, ICN Junior Conseil may collect and process the following personal data:

  • Your technical and browsing information on our Site (please see the section below on cookies).

  • Any other information that you directly and voluntarily provide to us in connection with your use of our Site and in connection with our activities.

 

2. Purposes of data processing and legal basis

The processing implemented by ICN Junior Conseil pursues determined and legitimate purposes.

Your data may be processed in particular for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your questions or requests for information.

  • In this context, the legal basis for processing is either the performance of the contract if the question or request concerns an existing contractual relationship between you and ICN Junior Conseil, or the legitimate interest of ICN Junior Conseil, more specifically our financial interest in having clear communication with you and understanding your needs and expectations.

  • In this context, the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of ICN Junior Conseil, and more particularly our financial interest in continually improving our Site and offering you suitable content and an optimal browsing experience.

  • In this context, the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate commercial interest of ICN Junior Conseil, more specifically our HR interest in responding to your applications and finding profiles suitable for the positions available within ICN Junior Conseil and respecting our legal obligations.

3. Data recipients

ICN Junior Conseil only discloses your personal data to authorized recipients, in compliance with applicable data protection rules.

ICN Junior Conseil may give access to your personal data to companies in its group and to its third-party service providers, for the provision of services in connection with the Site and/or the services provided (hosting, storage, analysis, data processing, database management, computer maintenance, recruitment services and security clearance checks) where permitted by local law.

ICN Junior Conseil only stores your personal data within the European Union, using hosts subject to the GDPR.

The retention period applied by ICN Junior Conseil complies with the legislation in force on the date hereof, namely:

  • For data collected in the context of questions/requests submitted via the Site or the professional contact details provided: we keep your personal data for as long as necessary to process these questions/requests and, if they relate to a contract between you and ICN Junior Conseil, for the entire duration of the contractual relationship plus 5 years (in archive form).

  • When cookies or other tracers are placed on your terminal, they are kept in accordance with legal requirements and the recommendations made by the authorities of the country of access.

ICN Junior Conseil uses technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved according to technological developments.

7. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • A right of access: you have the right to obtain (i) confirmation that the personal data concerning you are being processed or not and, if they are processed, to obtain (ii) access to this data and a copy of these.

  • A right of rectification: you have the right to obtain the rectification of any inaccurate personal data concerning you. You also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing a supplementary declaration.

  • A right to erasure: in certain cases, you have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you. However, this is not an absolute right and ICN Junior Conseil may have legal or legitimate reasons to keep this data.

  • A right to restriction of processing: in certain cases, you have the right to obtain restriction of the processing of your personal data.

  • A right to data portability: you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to ICN Junior Conseil, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit this data to another controller unhindered by ICN Junior Consulting. This right only applies where the processing of your personal data is based on your consent or on a contract and such processing is carried out by automated means.

  • A right to object to processing: you have the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you when this processing is based on the legitimate interest of BSB Junior Consulting. ICN Junior Conseil may, however, invoke compelling legitimate grounds to continue the processing.

  • A right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: you have the right to contact the supervisory authority to complain about the practices of ICN Junior Conseil with regard to the protection of personal data.

  • For France only: a right to give instructions concerning the use of your data after your death: you have the right to give ICN Junior Conseil instructions concerning the use of your personal data after your death.

8.Cookies
